This offer is not good with any other offer and is applicable only when you close your transaction with a WorkPlace Home Rewards (WHR) program agent.  The distribution method of your “cash reward” is determined by state laws and proceeds will be credited or distributed within 30 days of the close of your transaction.  Maximum “cash reward” is defined as 10% of the 3% commission earned by your WHR program agent on the sale or purchase transaction.  If your WHR earns less than 3% commission your cash reward will reflect a lesser amount. 

If your real estate purchase transaction involves an FHA or VA loan or if the sale of your home is defined as a “short sale”, your cash reward amount may be limited and optional discounts and incentives may apply; please consult your WHR program agent.  Cash rewards are prohibited in the following states: AL, AK, OR, KS, OK, MO, IA, TN, MS, and LA.  However, you may be entitled to receive optional discounts and incentives; please consult with your WHR program agent.  WHR program rewards, discounts and incentive are subject to change.
